  BRAND NEW KB CORE CLASSES!

 Get ripped, burn fat, look hot this summer!

 

We have started a revolutionary way to get fit this summer!  No experience nor levels, as everybody can do the lesson together!  Core stability and Martial Arts combined together, creating a fantastic, safe way to improve functional fitness.  The KB core stability classes involve exercises that include multi-joint movements and functional leg and arm movements. KB Core classes cover punches, static stretching and controlled lowering and raising of legs (slow motion kicks).  Medicine balls, light weights, bars and swiss balls will be used in conjunction with martial art techniques.

Our school also has Pilates, which is also great for core stability, but how exciting is 'KB Core?!' ... a brand new discipline, not practised in any of London's schools!  Our current Members are LOVING the lessons.  Why not join us and give it a go too?!  You can pay for just one class a week, or join the school as an unlimited Member for and attend all Core, Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates and Kung Fu classes too!

 

Physical advantages of the KB Core Classes: Improved endurance, strength, muscle tone, coordination, balance and flexibility - consistently challenging the body (burning fat in the process!)

Spiritual advantages of the KB Core Classes: Improved self-esteem, confidence and self-discipline.  It stimulates the mind and develops inner strength and is an excellent way to release stress. #

WHEN 

Your Membership fee will entitle you to one KB Core class per week on Friday at 6.50pm, Piccadilly, plus one extra Pilates class per month.

KB MEMBERSHIP FEES

Existing KB Members pay quarterly. New KB Members initially pay for an introductory '2 Month Membership'

MEMBERSHIP 1:  KB ONCE A WEEK SCHEME:  £42 per month (inc VAT) for your class every week PLUS one extra class per month. 

PLUS £15 (inc VAT) Part-payment of Annual KB Membership & Licence Fee. 

In order to participate in the classes, it is compulsory that you hold a licence for insurance purposes; this is renewed on an annual basis through KB Kickboxing.

Total Fees for KB Beginner ONCE A WEEK SCHEME:  £15 + £84 = £99 (inc VAT)

So that you don't lose out financially, if ever you miss a class due to a holiday or a night out, you can make it up by attending another class time (provided you're a paid up KB Member, paying your monthly Membership Fee).

MEMBERSHIP 2:  KB UNLIMITED SCHEME:  £82 per month (inc VAT) - a choice of 30+ classes a week in 8 different venues for the cost of less than 2 classes a week

Train in as many classes a week as humanly possible:  all Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates and Kung Fu classes!   

Total Fees for KB Beginner UNLIMITED SCHEME:  £15 + £164  = £179 (inc VAT)

IMPORTANT: Annual Membership/Licence Fee is £35:  £15 is paid when KB Membership Fees are first paid, £20 is paid when KB Membership is extended beyond the Beginner period.
