To get
started,
no equipment
is required at all. Wear tracksuit
bottoms and a t-shirt or vest top to begin with.
Focus mitts are provided free of charge.
The most comfortable choice would be to wear
the KB Uniform which can be supplied through KB Kickboxing.
It is amazing how much better a kick looks once you
have a pair of black Martial Arts trousers with a red
stripe down the side.
After the initial Beginner Membership, KB Members will need to
purchase the equipment above: gloves, kick boots and hand
wraps. The uniform will also be a requirement.
